By December 2019, more than 500 Canadian municipalities had declared a Climate Emergency - a political acknowledgement that the future depends on urgent action to combat climate change. Then came the Coronavirus. In a world of multiple, complex challenges, how will cities balance people, planet and prosperity? Can cities leverage the pandemic recovery to build a more sustainable future?
