Northern Perspectives on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, an online gallery of powerful photos presented by the
Northern Council for Global Cooperation (NCGC). NCGC asked northern photographers to characterize each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals through imagery and narration. Using the SDGs as a framework and common language, the photographers profiled initiatives in their communities — from civil society, government, business, community organizations and youth — that show some of the ways that Northern Canadians are working together to achieve a more sustainable and just planet. Each photographer worked with their community to determine how best to represent these goals from their own unique perspective. The result is this powerful collection of images and narration directly from communities in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Perspectives du Nord sur les objectifs de développement durable des Nations Unies, une galerie en ligne de photos puissantes présentées par le
Conseil du Nord pour la coopération mondiale (NCGC).Le NCGC a demandé aux photographes du Nord de caractériser chacun des 17 objectifs de développement durable par l'imagerie et la narration.
